How to combining food

Types of diseases

Diseases are of two types: physical diseases which are about excess of substance: they are excessive in the body until they are harmful to its natural actions, which are the majority diseases.  And its reason: the introduction of food on the body before the first digestion, the increase in the amount needed by the body, and eating foods that are of low utility, slow to digest, and many different foods have various compositions.  If a human laden his stomach from these foods, and he used to do so - he inherited various diseases, including slow الأمراض نوعان: أمراض مادية تكون عن زيادة مادة: أفرطت في البدن حتى أضرت بأفعاله الطبيعية، وهى الأمراض الأكثرية. وسببها: إدخال الطعام على البدن قبل هضم الأول، والزيادة في القدر الذي يحتاج إليه البدن، وتناول الأغذية القليلة النفع، البطيئة الهضم، والا كثار من الأغذية المختلفة التراكيب المتنوعة. فإذا ملا الآدمي بطنه من هذه الأغذية، واعتاد ذلك -: أورثته أمراضا متنوعة، منها بطئ

رياض الصالحين كتاب حمد الله تعالى وشكره Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: On the Night of Al-Isra (the Night of Ascension) the Prophet (ﷺ) was presented with two drinking vessels: one full of wine and the other one full of milk. He looked at them. Then he took the vessel which was full of milk. Thereupon Jibril (Gabriel) said: "Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah) Who has guided you to that, which is in accord with Fitrah (i.e., Islamic Monotheism; pure nature of Islam).
